Smoking Meat/Barbecue Forum

Barbecue forums have been a great source of learning for me over the years. I find that it is an excellent way to express yourself, ask questions, share knowledge and gain rapport with other people.

I have begun to get so many questions on a daily basis that I cannot always get them all answered properly.

This is where a barbecue forum comes in real handy;-)

There are many who visit this site who have amazing knowledge in certain areas concerning barbecue. Perhaps they have just got thru reading a site about smoking salmon and they would like to share their new-found knowledge with someone...

A forum is the way to do that.

There is a wide variety of skill levels that visit the smoking meat website each and every day. Some can ask questions and some can answer questions. Some can do both.

I decided to start a barbecue forum as a means to have a place to ask questions, voice opinions, argue methods and just plain chit chat about barbecue.

This started out as a yahoo group but we have since moved to a much more sophisticated forum powered by Vbulletin with all the bells and whistles and then most recently to the Huddler platform in May 2010.

Come on over to the forum and sign up as a member... it is quick and painless and perhaps we can gert to know each other a little better.

As a guest you can read all posts but once you register as a member you can post questions and enter into the great conversations.
