Description

The TS120P BBQ Smoker is the TS120 BBQ Smoker without the trailer. If you want a Meadow Creek tank smoker with 11+ square feet of cooking area, but plan to keep your smoker on the patio or mostly in one area, this is a great choice for you. Reverse flow draft and rounded tank ends make it easy to maintain a steady temperature in this sweet smoker.

This smoker comes standard with "extras" such as food grade stainless steel grates and a slide-out ash pan. This innovative ash pan makes clean-up quick and easy and helps you get more heat out of the same amount of fuel since the ashes can fall away from the fire. 18" tires and locking casters make it easy to move the smoker on hard surfaces and lock it into place.

Built by experts in welding and trailer manufacturing, this wood-fired BBQ smoker is ready to help you enjoy easy and profitable barbecues for years to come.

Usage Recommendations

For Smoking - we recommend using non petroleum based starters. Residue in the smoke from these starters can contaminate the cooking box with the potential to affect the flavor of the meat. The use of a torch or paper and kindling is most effective. Use approximately 25-30 lbs. of charcoal in fire box to get started. Once meat is placed in smoker, you can add wood in fire box for smoking. You can continue to use wood or charcoal (your choice). Add wood or charcoal as needed to maintain temperature where you want it. Optional charcoal basket holds approximately 40 lbs. of charcoal briquettes and ensures efficient, even temperatures.

For Grilling - remove bottom grate from smoker and slide in optional charcoal pan. Put in your desired amount of charcoal and slide top grate above charcoal pan.

I’ve owned mine for about 3 or 4 years now. We use mostly for competitions. We’ve also do some vending. I absolutely love it!! I got the charcoal pan for mine too. Works great. Love the reverse flow. I think the reverse flow is far far better as far as smoke and temperature regulation. I’m thinking of replacing my Oklahoma Joe with the TS 70 on my deck. I highly recommend!! You won’t be sorry.
