These are our favorite Thanksgiving turkey recipes, hands down and bar none! Be sure to stay in the 12-14 lb range for safety and allow 6-7 hours for a bird that size in the smoker at low and slow temperatures.

It is true that most hams are pre-smoked at the factory, but let me tell you, what you can do at home is far superior. If you take the time to smoke the ham again and even put a glaze on it while it’s smoking, it will blow the socks off of you and your guests. Trust me on this!
